Bo (Formerly Trevor)

Bo (formerly Trevor) … Adopted April 2010

Bo is now a very much loved member of the Myer family. He came to Almost Home with skin conditions and much of his hair missing. He was nursed back to health by his foster family and was finally well enough to be put up for adoption. The Myers took one look at him and knew he was their dog! Bo joined three doggie brothers and fit right in as if he had always been part of the family! The Myers had recently lost their Collie and say that Bo has filled the empty place like only another Collie can!

Here’s a letter from Bo’s adopters:

“I want to thank you all for making this adoption such a wonderful experience. You will be pleased to know that Bo, (formerly Trevor) is having a ball playing with Copper and Tommy. I was so surprised at how well their first meeting went. Then we all went on a long walk together. By the end of the evening they were playing like they’d been together forever.

Bo opted out of sleeping in the crate, and decided to sleep with his blanket on Bernie’s old bed. He slept all night, and we had to wake him in the morning. This morning it felt like we had 3 puppies in the house! They all are very happy with each other. It could not have gone better. The kids are home with them today, I wish I was with them too! What a joy it is to have him with us.
