An Update on Brandy
Hi Charlene!
Boy, great minds think alike! I was just thinking I needed to send an update to our on our beloved, spoiled Brandy! She has been such a bright spot in our lives. And ornery–she gives you this look with those big brown eyes when she’s done something she knows she’s not supposed to do and, well, we just melt. She is such a lover too. Our other dog, Ranger, has never been much of a snuggler and I wish he was but Brandy is my snuggle buddy now (that is when she sits still long enough!) 😉
We recently bought a bigger house with a yard twice as big as our old one and boy she loves to tear around at full speed. She has made many friends with the other dogs in the neighborhood. A couple of times she has gotten out and all we have to do is look for the nearest dog to be outside and there she is just wanting to play. We now have neighbors who bring their dogs over to our fenced in yard to let their dogs play as well. I guess you could say we kind of have our own little dog park!
Like you, I can’t believe it’s been a year already. It feels like she’s been with us forever. We’re looking forward to taking her camping with us this summer. I have some adorable pictures on my cell phone of her but I am having trouble getting them loaded on my computer. Once I do, I’ll be sure to send them to you. Thank you so much for taking her in so that we could adopt her. She has been wonderful for Ranger and helps keep him young too!
