Description:
Maggie is a gentle, smart collie who has found that living indoors instead of outdoors is heaven on earth. She quickly mastered house training, walking on a leash and does well in the car. Maggie is affectionate and loves her humans the best, but also enjoys playing with her tug toy, “zooming” and exploring in the yard. Indoors she is mellow, cuddly, and a velcro collie with her foster mom. She does not like the crate and can be trusted to be home unsupervised for at least several hours. Although she did not appear to understand commands when she first arrived, she is doing well with Sit, Go Potty, and Leave It. She is affectionate with newcomers and maybe a little too affectionate with the resident cat but is gentle. This fun loving, sensitive girl is ready for her forever home!
