Description:

Sunny is a sweet natured, friendly collie who enjoys all he meets whether it be humans, dogs or cats. He is affectionate, loves to cuddle with his foster mom and so far is definitely a velcro dog! Sunny likes everyone, including the groomer. When he is with other dogs he tries to initiate play. He hasn't spent much time around children, but appears to enjoy them.  Sunny visited his foster mom’s grandchildren and he did well with them. He is generally very relaxed and eager to please. He is a smart guy and already demonstrates his understanding of Sit and Lay Down. He is curious and enjoys exploring the outside world so has needed some cues for walking on a leash but is improving daily. Sunny is crate trained and rides well in the car. He is a little vocal when he watches the world though the screen door showing his interest in what is going on. We think he is still blossoming into his true self as he is gets accustomed to his foster home, but each day they  see more glimpse's of his playful, fun loving personality. He will be a great family dog and companion and whether your family is large or small, he has enough love for all of you.
