Description:
Daisy Mae is a 6-month-old sweetie. She is a healthy balance of “Velcro” dog and watching her foster mom from a comfortable location. She is equally happy playing or cuddling, too. Daisy Mae loves food and is eager to learn when there are treats involved. She walks well on a leash, knows her name and is learning to lie down on command. She’s still a bit nervous in the car but rides well. If she’s frightened, her tendency will be to run away from what is scaring her.
Daisy Mae is curious about the cat and wants to play with him. Though she can still be a little rough, she is learning how to play properly with him. Daisy Mae loves to meet people and prefers their company to other dogs, but she is fine with her foster mom’s dogs. She enjoys roughhousing with them in play. Her foster mom sees herding dog instinct in Daisy Mae, too.
Daisy Mae is still a pup at six months, but she has settled in quickly at her foster home and is happily learning commands and exploring her temporary home while she waits for her forever home.
