Description:
Roscoe came to Almost Home as an owner-surrender with his littermate, Gizmo. Small and a bit underweight, Roscoe may seem timid and shy. However, his foster mom says he’s made great strides and is slowly but surely coming out of his shell. He may not be a velcro dog (yet), but he definitely loves hugs and kisses!
Roscoe loves to play out in the yard with his foster siblings. If this sweet-faced boy could sign up for a sport, it would have to be a team sport. Rather than run laps, he’d rather engage his canine friends. Rather than exploring his environment nose-down, he’d rather meet new dogs and hang with the pack.
Roscoe is mellow in the house and is perfectly comfortable being left alone in his crate. If left open, he will often crawl in his crate for a nice nap. Though he’s showing good house manners, he doesn’t appear to know commands yet, and he often looks to his foster siblings to figure out what to do. As for cats, Roscoe shows little to no interest, which most likely is perfectly okay with his feline housemates.
