Description:

Kai is a handsome young sheltie just waiting for his forever family to make him a part of their home and lives. He would be okay as an only dog; but he has loved playing, chasing and wrestling with the resident dog. The added bonus is that he uses up some of his normal, young energy. So, a canine sibling might be ideal. With known people, he loves to cuddle and is very affectionate. When meeting new people, he warms up quickly to women. He is a little shy and takes more time to warm up to men but treats and being petted will win him over. Did we say treats? Kai loves his treats and is happy to show you he knows how to Sit, Lay down and Come. Kai walks on a leash and is working on some leash manners when he meets other people and dogs. His foster says he is a happy dog, a little nervous at times, but his life has changed a lot in the last few weeks. All in all, he is eager to please; and he will quickly worm his way into your home and family.
