Description:
Levi came to AHDRO with his brother, Simon. They are being fostered together. Levi is a fairly easygoing puppy, at least when his brother isn’t antagonizing him. He also has been somewhat relying on his brother when he is left on his own; therefore, it’s unknown how he’ll adjust to being left home alone.
Levi is excited to meet any new people coming into the home. He is great with the older and younger children he sees. Levi is also fine with cats and other dogs. When meeting new dogs, he has to warm up to them a bit. Once he knows them, he does great.
Inside, Levi is content to watch from close by and likes to lie on the bed. However, he will eagerly engage in activities. If given a choice between being inside or outside, Levi will happily choose outside play with a ball. When not playing outside, he likes to explore the yard. Levi and his foster mom rank his “likes” as: food, toy then play. He is eager to train and is working on “sit.” Treats are a great motivator with Levi.
At about three months, Levi is doing very well and is everything a collie pup is meant to be. He is awaiting his forever home.
