Description:
The first thing you may notice about Josie is that she’s friendly and that she has a cute face. However, you can throw any puppy adjective out there - playful, silly, energetic, fun-loving, mischievous, eager, enthusiastic - and it’ll mostly likely stick when it comes to Josie.
Like any puppy, Josie is on the move and in motion! Willing to try new activities, she’s already played in a kiddie pool and has even gotten on a small, low-to-the-ground agility teeter. And it’s not unusual for her to offer up a toy to initiate play.
She’s also eager to learn. As a very food motivated young lady, she’s beginning to offer an auto-sit for food/treats, and she’s working on down. She has shown some herding behavior and food bowl guarding, however, she’s learning to respect other dogs’ boundaries. Her foster mom is working with her on house-training and leash-walking.
If you’re looking for a friendly pup with a cute face who’s playful, silly, energetic, fun-loving, mischievous, eager, enthusiastic but not necessarily a velcro dog, Josie is the perfect pup! Oh, and you can add at least one more adjective to the list that describes Josie - delightful!
