Description:

David is a beautiful 5-6 year old collie.  He is an affectionate, easy going guy who enjoys being outside and exploring but is also content to be inside, doesn't mind brushing sessions and is not phased by loud noises. David is a velcro dog,  loves people and is also outgoing with dogs met on walks.  He knows the command sit and his name. He has good house manners and does not need to be crated and although he can do steps, he has made it clear that he really is not interested in being on the second floor of his foster's home. There are just too many interesting smells out in the world when on walks to pay attention to where the leash is going so he is working on leash walking. He would enjoy a fenced in yard where he could sniff to his heart's content.  He is good natured and fun loving, enjoys playing catch but fetch is not part of his repertoire.  He's a personable guy, just waiting for his forever home.
