Description:

Dawson is a handsome fella who does well with other dogs but absolutely loves people. He has been a Velcro dog so far, wanting to be wherever his foster family is. He is crated when the family is gone and settles down after a few whines to let them know he'd really rather be going with them. He's a calm, mellow dog inside but enjoys playing with the other collies in his foster family when they are outside in the fenced in yard. He understands the command “sit” and comes when he is called. He is housebroken and does well walking on a leash.  Dawson does fine with stairs and has even jumped up on the bed to join a family member.
