Description:

Anna is a beautiful, engaging 9 year old collie. Due to some recent difficult circumstances in her life, she is taking a little bit of time to adjust but we can see her true self emerging. Anna is easy going and loves playing with the dogs in her foster family and indoors she is happiest if a human is in the room with her. She is gaining physical strength and confidence as she plays and learns the routine in her foster home but does demonstrate some separation anxiety. She is interested in what is going on around her with a wagging tail and her ears up wanting to be involved in whatever activity is happening. She understands a hand signal for sit and is working on other commands. She is house trained and trustworthy in the house. We believe a home where crating is not necessary would be best for her because she cowers when is asked to go into a crate. She does well on a leash and in the car. She is a mellow girl, attentive and sensitive and loves being in a home with both humans and other canine friends.
